Sarah joined Studio Fit looking for a space where she could move consistently, feel better in her body, and support her mental health along the way. Since then, she’s done exactly that – building strength, routine, and confidence in every session.

What brought you to Studio Fit Chicago?

I was looking for something consistent that helped support my mental health and made me feel stronger. I liked that Studio Fit was women-only, close to home, and focused on strength and community.

What are you most proud of since joining?

Sticking with something that helps me feel better, mentally and physically. I’ve definitely gotten stronger.

Current favorite song or artist to work out to?

Right now, it’s Highwomen by The Highwomen. (Brandi Carlile fans will understand.)
