We’re not your average fitness studio with cookie-cutter classes that churn out the same routine for everyone. At Studio Fit Chicago, we tailor every aspect of your fitness journey to meet your unique needs and goals. Think of it as personal training – but with personal guidance, customized instruction, and the support of a community of like-minded women. Our semi-private personal training sessions (with 4-6 women) are one of the most effective ways for busy women to achieve lasting results. Research shows that small-group training fosters accountability, motivation, and better adherence to fitness programs (American Council on Exercise, 2021).

Pre-Menopausal Fitness Strategies: Hormonal shifts can make weight loss and muscle building more challenging, but specialized programs can help you maintain strength, energy, and overall health. Evidence shows that resistance training helps reduce age-related muscle loss and improves hormone regulation in women over 40 (Harvard Health, 2022).

Haley Fuoco
Personal Trainer
Haley is the newest addition to the Studio Fit Chicago team, and she’s already making a splash. With a passion for fitness and a background shaped by supportive coaches, Haley brings her own dedication to helping others achieve their goals.
Reyna Hoerdeman
Reyna is a women’s health and fitness professional who enjoys helping women build their dream life one daily wellness habit at a time. She has been a fitness & wellness professional for 12+ years with modality certifications in strength training, barre, yoga, yoga sculpt, and more. Reyna is also certified in nutrition, gut health & period cycles to help busy women 35+ utilizing nutrition, fitness, and accountability.
Reyna doesn’t believe in gimmicks or diets, fads or internet schemes. You won’t be eating things you don’t like or doing workouts you loathe. Reyna believes to build daily habits you have to enjoy them or it won’t turn into a happy & sustainable lifestyle. There’s no good or bad food, only great ways to nourish your body individually. Haley Fuoco
Haley is the newest addition to the Studio Fit Chicago team, and she’s already making a splash. With a passion for fitness and a background shaped by supportive coaches, Haley brings her own dedication to helping others achieve their goals. After being inspired by the values and community at SFC, she knew this was where she wanted to begin her journey as a personal trainer. Her goal? To offer the same support and encouragement that she’s experienced throughout her fitness journey.
Originally from the northern suburbs of Chicago, Haley’s path has taken her from the Midwest to Minneapolis, where she completed graduate school. Currently, she also works as an oncology genetic counselor at Northwestern, and she’s always up for some good genetics talk. Outside of work and the gym, Haley enjoys sewing, cooking, and reading—having finished her 56th book of the year, she’s always on the hunt for new recommendations. She also adores her cat, Ivy, who you might hear about (or even see pictures of!) if you ask.
Haley is passionate about both fitness and community, and she’s excited to bring her energy and knowledge to Studio Fit Chicago. Fun fact: she’s about to embark on her first international adventure with a two-week trip to Japan, so exciting stories are sure to follow.
