Donation-Only Self Defense Seminar by Pilsen Defense & Access

Studio Fit Chicago is thrilled to welcome back Elias Cepeda for a donation-only self defense seminar!

Elias is Executive Director of Pilsen Defense & Access and Head Coach at its sister MMA academy, Foundation Chicago. With 13 years of coaching experience and a second-degree BJJ black belt under four-time world champion and UFC veteran Robert Drysdale, Elias brings serious expertise to a session designed for every skill level.

Pilsen Defense & Access is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit offering martial arts scholarships, a paid youth internship program, a free medical clinic, daily ICE patrols, free grocery delivery, and a reading group. Foundation Chicago delivers world-class MMA instruction to inner-city families regardless of income, committed to serving colonized people and their allies as a safe space for women and queer siblings.
