This October, Studio Fit Chicago presents the Muscle Monster October Challenge, a fun, goal-focused journey to push boundaries and build healthy habits. Three buy-in tiers let members choose their level of participation:

• Tier #1: Muscle Mummy – $450+ Prestige Labs purchase, unlimited training, daily journal, SFC branded item, coach session

• Tier #2: Frankenstein’s Flex – $250 Prestige Labs purchase, unlimited training, daily journal, SFC item

• Tier #3: Bulgarian Beast – $150 Prestige Labs purchase, one extra session/week for 4 weeks

Participants track meals, form new habits, stay accountable, and cheer each other on in the Trainerize group. Prizes are awarded for performance, positivity, and participation!
