Karina is an Amateur Muay Thai Kickboxing National Champion and a First degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt. She has years of competitive experience and teaching expertise. Karina brings a wealth of knowledge in striking techniques, defense strategies, and ground fighting skills.
Elias is a retired amateur MMA fighter and the Head Coach at Foundation Chicago. His background in mixed martial arts provides a comprehensive understanding of various fighting styles. This makes him an excellent instructor for self-defense techniques that can be applied in real-life situations.
